Meet our new trainer Tom

At age 28, Thomas weighed 280 lbs. and was 33 % body fat. With a family history of Type II diabetes, heart disease and depression, Tom decided to make a change.

Now 10 years later, Tom is 195 lbs with a 12% body fat. No more depression and very low disease risk factors. Tom was so impressed by the healing power of exercise; he dedicated his life’s work to helping others bring that change into their lives as well.

An A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal trainer with 6 years experience in the industry, Tom has an education in exercise physiology, Kinesiology, advanced nutrition, Cardio vascular health, and is a fully certified EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) with state of Utah.

We are super excited to have Tom on our team!

71 Weight Loss Tips

There are many suggestions and help out there when trying to lose weight. One resources I came across is this one on "71 Weight Loss Tips" that shows a list of 71 ideas to aid in losing weight. While some of the items in the list can be simplistic at face value, a list is always helpful.
Of course a balance approach is always best. Being able to fit life in to a program or routine is a must if permanent results is expected. Thin & Healthy teaches and promotes that healthy lifestyle in all aspects of our programs. Thin and Healthy has individual, children, group, and corporate programs that are all built on Life Success/Motivation, Metabolism Retraining, and Healthy Foods Education.
