Thin&Healthy Utah has teamed up with The Clearing Cure to offer an exciting new motivation workshop series. These workshops are not a sit in your seat and come away with a pile of papers you will never look at again! You will come away from these workshops with practical applications that will EMPOWER you to maintain your motivation forever!
Each workshop described below is $60.00 and includes 2 teleconferences in a one week period; the first one will be Monday and the other on Thursday. The Monday teleconference can last up to 2 hours. The Thursday teleconference is designed for Q&A and follow up on issues. All times are MST. If you want all five classes in the series the cost is $250.00, a discount for signing up for all of them.

We will learn how to deal with the stress responses like the high heart rate, high blood pressure, shutting down of your metabolism, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high coritsol, leptin, and insulin levels, and the impacts on your brain chemistry, immune function, and hormonal balance.
