Announcing An Exciting New Workshop Series

EXCITING NEW MAINTAINING MOTIVATION WORKSHOP SERIES

Thin&Healthy Utah has teamed up with The Clearing Cure to offer an exciting new motivation workshop series. These workshops are not a sit in your seat and come away with a pile of papers you will never look at again! You will come away from these workshops with practical applications that will EMPOWER you to maintain your motivation forever!



Each workshop described below is $60.00 and includes 2 teleconferences in a one week period; the first one will be Monday and the other on Thursday. The Monday teleconference can last up to 2 hours. The Thursday teleconference is designed for Q&A and follow up on issues. All times are MST. If you want all five classes in the series the cost is $250.00, a discount for signing up for all of them.

- Maintaining Focus.

Lack of focus is the number one culprit that destroys our motivation! In this class we will learn how to reverse your energy so that you are focusing in on your potential. Bring to class all your reasons why you can't seem to maintain your focus and we will crush each one by using psychological acupressure techniques. The object is to empower you with a tool to clear the path of all the reasons you lose focus, and then re-train you on how to keep that focus and gain a high degree of motivation with it.

- Building Beliefs.

Our belief about who we are and what we are capable of determines everything. It is the most powerful motivation assassinator, and is responsible for what keeps us stuck in the ruts of our lives. These beliefs include the fear of failing, not being good enough, being too fat, too skinny, or simply not having a vision of where you want to go. In this class, we will use psychological acupressure to assassinate all self-limiting beliefs one by one and retrain your brain on how to CREATE who you want to be. We will create a vision of where you want to be and learn how to imprint that in your mind, sending out positive thoughts that literally draw those things to you. Visualize who you can be, and we will help make that a reality.

- Overcoming Negative Habits.

Discover how to conquer negative habits. Habits are actually day to day choices we make that become second nature. In this class, we will walk through a process to help you realize what choices you are making that are creating bad habits. These bad habits are things you have created to sabotage your dreams and give you an excuse as to why you can't change. We will use psychological acupressure to tap out the resistance to changing, and retrain the brain to exchange those habits for positive ones, one step at a time.

- Conquer Emotional Reactions.

Are your emotional reactions controlling your life? Stress, frustration, depression, and anger are all emotional reactions that can rule your life and destroy your motivation. In this class, we learn about what stress, frustration, and depression do to our bodies and our minds. We will learn how to deal with the stress responses like the high heart rate, high blood pressure, shutting down of your metabolism, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high coritsol, leptin, and insulin levels, and the impacts on your brain chemistry, immune function, and hormonal balance. We will give you tools to overcome depression and anger and tap out the things that happen every day, creating in you the empowerment to gain back control of your life. Come prepared to learn a step-by-step process for turning those emotional reactions into the personal growth.

-Building Positive Surroundings and Finding More time.

People you surround yourself with, as well as your environment are crucial in maintaining a positive lifestyle. In this class, we learn about the Fist Factor and how to maintain good positive relationships, and then use those relationships to create more positive reinforcement. What people say and do has an impact on us, but we can choose to let this bring us down, or build us up. Release the negative energy and build positive energy. Tap out hurtful things people say, negative self talk, self destructive thoughts, and take back that power that we give away to others We will also use psychological acupressure to tackle your procrastination center of the brain and clear it up, allowing it to communicate with the rest of the body.

Introducing PEHP Waist Aweigh program?

Have you heard of the PEHP Waist Aweigh Program yet? It stands for (public employees health program)

Thin and Healthy's Total Solution recently teamed up with PEHP in their Waist-Aweigh Program for current PEHP policy holders. We here at Thin and Healthy want to give recognition to two of our members; Kelly and Donna Smith, who were just honored in the PEHP Waist-Aweigh bulletin.

Kelly and Donna are an amazing power couple. Both are diabetic, and have recently cut their medications by half!


Kelly, now 23+ pounds lighter will tell you that loosing weight is not an easy thing to do. But, he has the amazing support of his lovely wife, and the Thin and Healthy team. Making this an incredible journey for them both. Their goal: To be off the diabetic medications for good!

Donna, now 20+ pounds lighter will tell you that tracking food is very important. They now are aware of what they eat, and how much they are eating. Both Donna and Kelly still have a ways to go, but they are off to a fantastic start.
