First Monday

Today's the first Monday of the Thin&Healthy Utah blog...just like most Americans start diets on Mondays, we're starting our blog (I thought it was fitting). I'm working on putting an introductory video together explaining more about who we are, where we're located, and what sets us apart from other locations. I can confidently say we have a very unique selling position in helping solve pandemic level obesity rates.
New diets and exercise routines come out every day - yet Americans are more over-weight now then we've ever been! Why hasn't a solution been implemented? The answer is: people have not found the total solution. The correct focus should not be just diet, or just exercise - or even diet and exercise combined! It's got to start with motivation and removing the road-blocks keeping us from sticking with the correct methods.
Weight loss takes place using many methods, systems, diets, surgeries, and/or theories - all of which have validity, but the long term ingredient that's missing is motivation!
